Team A to win, stake ৳1,000 | Decimal 3.00 = Fractional 2/1 = American +200
If you win, you get back ৳3,000 (৳2,000 profit + ৳1,000 original stake). If you lose, ৳1,000 is gone.
Team B to win, stake ৳1,000 | Decimal 1.80 = Fractional 4/5 = American -125
If you win, you get back ৳1,800 (৳800 profit). A negative American odds figure means how much you need to stake to win ৳100 — here, ৳125.
Types of Markets
Each event has multiple markets — match winner, handicap, over/under, first goalscorer and so on. When starting out, it is best to choose a straightforward market such as match winner.

Bet Slip: Single and Multi Bet
Clicking on any odds opens the bet slip on the right. Enter the stake amount and the potential return is calculated automatically. Betting on a single selection is called a single bet.
Adding more than one selection creates a multi bet. In a multi bet, all selections must be correct to receive the full return — if any one of them loses, the entire stake is lost. The risk is higher, but so is the potential return.
A limited-overs match: Team A 2.10, Team B 1.75 (no draw).
৳500 on Team B: if they win, you get back ৳875 (৳375 profit). If Team A wins, you lose ৳500.
Decimal odds: 1.50 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.13 (combined, in decimal).
৳100 stake: if all three are correct, you get back ৳513. If even one is wrong, the entire ৳100 is lost.
Before pressing the "Confirm" button on the bet slip, check your selections and stake one more time. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
How Betting Works in Sports and Casino Games
Sports Betting

BACK Team A at decimal 1.80, stake ৳500: if they win, ৳400 profit (before commission); if they lose, ৳500 is gone.
LAY Team A, backer's stake ৳500: liability ৳400 (৳500 × 0.80); if Team A does not win, ৳500 profit (before commission).
Betting as Entertainment
Betting on bigtaka is for entertainment. Odds reflect probability but do not guarantee a win. Each bet is independent and past results do not determine future outcomes. Treat betting as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Open and Settled Bets: How to View Your History
In the bigtaka account panel, going to the "Bet History" or "My Bets" section shows two tabs — Open Bets (active, result not yet in) and Settled Bets (resolved, win or loss marked).
- The Open Bets tab shows which match you have a bet on, how much, and at what odds.
- The Settled tab shows the result of each bet, total win or loss, and the date.
- In a multi bet, the status of each individual selection is also shown separately.
- Your history helps you see how much you are spending on different types of markets.
Settlement usually happens shortly after an event ends. Winnings are added directly to your account balance. To withdraw, a minimum of ৳800 can be sent to bKash, Nagad or Rocket — usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Set Your Budget and Limits Before You Start Betting
